PART TIME LAW FIRM COLP (1 DAY PW)  - 

LAWYER/LEGAL EXEC WITH SRA COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED 

 £100K-£125K PRO RATA                                                                                    

LANCASHIRE

We are exclusively recruiting for a regional law firm looking to hire a COLP. Duties will include;

  • Handling all SRA enquiries and issues
  • Advising on conflicts if required
  • Assisting client take on team on any issues
  • Ensuring all AML requirements including SARS Reports properly processed
  • Advising on any other Compliance requirements including reviewing existing procedures for any changes in regulation

 

You should be a lawyer (whether a barrister, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, registered European lawyer or solicitor) with a good knowledge of SRA & AML requirements.  eg may suit someone returning to work or looking for a part time role after retirement.
